Terms of service
- Nature of the Service Bidly is a digital price testing and market interest discovery platform enabling non-binding price negotiations between users. Binding agreements occur only between users outside the Service.
- Registration and Use Full use of the Service requires registration. Limited buyer use without registration may be allowed. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit and for safeguarding their credentials.
- Free and Paid Use Buyers use the Service free of charge. Listers may use basic features free of charge. Paid features include a negotiation tool and a buyer contact information service. Paid digital services are deemed delivered once activated, contact details are delivered, or the service is otherwise made available. If the user is a consumer, delivery may begin immediately only with explicit consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins, as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
- Non-Binding Nature Bidlys and counter-bidlys are non-binding price proposals and do not create legal obligations. Binding agreements arise only through separate contracts between users outside the Service.
- Prohibited Use False or misleading proposals, manipulation, multiple-account misuse, automated use (e.g., bots), and data scraping for competitive purposes are prohibited. The Service Provider may remove content or terminate accounts without refund where misuse occurs.
- Data Use Users may not scrape, resell, or use Service data to develop competing services. Bidly may use anonymised or aggregated market data for service development and analytics.
- Limitation of Liability Bidly is not responsible for transaction completion, user information accuracy, market price formation, or indirect damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidly’s liability is limited to the fees paid during the previous 12 months or EUR 100 if no fees were paid.
- Intellectual Property All Service content belongs to Bidly. Users retain ownership of their own content and grant Bidly a licence to use such content to operate and display it within the Service.
- Changes to Terms Bidly may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
- Governing Law Finnish law applies. Disputes are resolved in the Helsinki District Court unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise. II. PRIVACY NOTICE The purposes, legal bases, data categories, disclosures, international transfer safeguards, data subject rights, retention periods, and security measures are equivalent to the Finnish Privacy Notice above.
